Making Sure (Hadith No. 139)

Bismillah.
Having problems with wudu-maintenance? Or is it just your imagination?
Narrated ‘Abbas bin Tamim:
My uncle asked Allah’s Apostle about a person who imagined to have passed wind during the prayer. Allah’ Apostle replied: “He should not leave his prayers unless he hears sound or smells something.”
Lesson: do not renew your wudu unless you’re sure it’s broken. And the way to make sure is: sound/smell.

Jazakallah for this hadith. i hav been wondering recently but somehow never looked it up!
what to do in case of repeated wudu breaking because of this problem during prayers!
If it’s a medical problem, then your wudu is not broken. For each prayer, perform fresh wudu and continue that prayer till you’re done (even if wudu breaks during that).
Simply, one wudu: one prayer.
