Be Careful (Hadith No. 155)

Bismillah.

There are some things Prophet (SAW) told us to be careful about. They’re mostly related to our health, deen, cleanliness, Hereafter, Imaan, beliefs etc. It’s amazing to know that Prophet (SAW) cared so much about our daily-routine matters as well such as health and cleanliness. A very simple example is in today’s hadith..

Volume 1, Book 4, Number 155:

Narrated Abu Qatada:

Allah’s Apostle said, “Whenever anyone of you drinks water, he should not breathe in the drinking utensil, and whenever anyone of you goes to a lavatory, he should neither touch his penis nor clean his private parts with his right hand.”

SubhanAllah. Prophet (SAW) was so descriptive in such matters so that people were careful. Is it too hard to follow these sunnahs? Be careful and get reward! :)
