1 Sa’ (Hadith No. 251)

Bismillah.

Volume 1, Book 5, Number 251:

Narrated Abu Salama:

‘Aisha’s brother and I went to ‘Aisha and he asked her about the bath of the Prophet. She brought a pot containing about a Sa’ of water and took a bath and poured it over her head and at the time there was a screen between her and us.

Points to notice:

• ‘Aisha (RA) was behind a screen the whole time so she never uncovered herself even in front her brother.
• 1 Sa’ = 5 liters (app.)

Can you imagine? Prophet (SAW) used THAT less amount of water to take a bath. Ref: Hadith no. 200.
We could try it too, no?
