Reciting Quran (Hadith No. 296)

Bismillah.

Volume 1, Book 6, Number 296:

Narrated ‘Aisha:

The Prophet used to lean on my lap and recite Qur’an while I was in menses.

This is an example of someone else reciting Quran while touching the menstruating woman. But incidents also prove that the menstruating herself can also recite the Quran, making sure that she doesn’t touch the Arabic text. Reciting out of memory and listening to recitation are encouraged too. :)
