Praying with Shoes On (Hadith No. 383)

Bismillah.

Volume 1, Book 8, Number 383:

Narrated Abu Maslama:

Said bin Yazid Al-Azdi: I asked Anas bin Malik whether the Prophet had ever, prayed with his shoes on. He replied “Yes.”

Let’s get over the myth today. YES, you can pray with your shoes on. Only

condition: make sure they don’t have any impurity on them. (Dust is not impure). :)
