Separating Pathways (Hadith No. 799)
Salam,
Bismillah.
Hadith no. 798 is a repeat. Read it here.
Volume 1, Book 12, Number 799:
Narrated Um Salama:
Whenever Allah’s Apostle finished his prayers with Taslim, the women would get up and he would stay on for a while in his place before getting up. Ibn Shihab said, “I think (and Allah knows better), that the purpose of his stay was that the women might leave before the men who had finished their prayer.”
The idea is to not have women and men passing through the same pathway. Either separate pathways completely, or have them pass through separately.

I wish I had the time to remove the watermark. :|
Just do it. (y)
Wassalam.
Separate Clothes (Hadith No. 297)
Salam,
Bismillah.
Narrated Um Salama:
While I was laying with the Prophet under a single woolen sheet, I got the menses. I slipped away and put on the clothes for menses. He said, “Have you got “Nifas” (menses)?” I replied, “Yes.” He then called me and made me lie with him under the same sheet.
This is another proof that a women does not become ‘impure’ when she gets her monthly period.
Second thing is, it’s better to keep separate clothes to wear in these days. Especially the undergarments. It’s not a compulsion though, but just for the sake of extra-cleanliness, it’s encouraged to do so.. And if you can afford it, then why not? :)
Wassalam.
